You're right David, but when u see the percentage of people who vote anyway, it's the same. It seems. When only 60% or less actually vote, all the time. That's sad enough. Somehow we need to make voting mandatory. I mean why not? It hurts no one, to vote, and it gives the winners as a whole, more pride in getting elected. When you've only won by half the able voters, half the population is unheard from and who knows what would happen. Maybe better politicians?
