  1. Problem with what you're saying is, drug overdose, family disputes, etc, don't get cops putting knee on necks or choking out a suspect. You're talking pantie raid policing compared to aggressive semi crimes. Tearing down statues, busting store windows etc. Come on,, you're break down is just not practical.
