  2. Ya can't have it both ways David. The only things thug dictators understand is power. And military type organized strength, with controlled power is a better choice. Say if Trump loses in 2020, but refuses to leave the white house. It may take police or someone to arrest him at gun point because his followers may block the way. His little private army of followers. Sometimes force is the only answer.
