  2. Cid Sapient no first year of a presidency is perfect, unless the president inheirits a thriving economy and ideal conditions. Awfully funny most Republicans inherited good working economic and working governments. But when tbeir done giving the wealthy all the proceeds and removing all the regulations that safeguard the crude businesses dealings that get us into these messes. A Democrat has to walk into a mess that takes a long time to mend. Strange huh.

  3. Cid Sapient Not sure what ur referring to in1994. Throughout Clinton s term we were in one of the best all around economy in years. Bush took the inherited plus economy and during his 8 years flushed it down the toilet. I am a single worker, self employed carpenter and i watched my business that from 1992 to 2000 thrive, drown in dwindling work as Bushes economy strangled and flushed things into the crash of 2008. President Obama inherited that mess and worked,, against republican push back,,and got things going again. So in walks idiot orange,,and fulfilling Republicans wishes,,starts working against every thing Obama did. You are right that government is the culprit of sucking any benefits outta the government business. The Republicans give huge tax breaks to big business because they are side funded by the same. So allow business to run unchecked, to do whatever they want. Screwing over labor and stacking their bank account s full of taxpayer s money. Just look at all the fat cats old farts, sitting on billions,, while we have,poor health care, lower wages etc. When businesses can donate millions to Presidential candidate s,, congressman campaign funds amd other luxurious affairs, there's money to burn and things are just wrong. But,, it's gone on for years,,, while some people barely get by and some,,not at all. Things do need work. Where do we the people,, begin?
