  1. It seems all for naught if he serves no time. What's the sense of going through all this. Spending probably millions, on these cases just to what? Show that we can? You don't put America through all this, just for a slap on the wrist. Even suspending his ability to run for office isn't enough. If he did truly do what they are charging with, thats a prison time crime. He has to go to jail if convicted.
