  1. True David,, adjusting the type of gun allowed and regulating ownership in a driver's license, license plate,type regulating would probably please most people. I don't think most responsible gun owners mind a more professional way of ownership, like yearly relicensing, better background checks, age requirements and super high regulations on any military type weapons in the hands of average citizens.
