  1. Sounds like they had a slightly dyslexic controller in tower. To keep announcing the wrong numbers. Thank goodness for on the ball pilots making sure they are going by their own readings and instruments. But not all of them. It's no wonder the black box information was, strangely lost. Sounds like no-one wanted to be responsible for all these failures in comm and setting irresponsibilities.
