  1. Very sad. I'm surprised the speed control being as visible as they are the co pilot didn't see the lever moving out of line with it's partner. But i guess the levers aren't as large as they seem. But yes the lever moving back wards by itself is a terrible continuing occurrence that should never be allowed to go unrepaired like it was. Pilot's have so much going on to have to have a defect like that to think about constantly.
