  1. Except that there is a neo-Nazi movement in Ukraine which had infiltrated the government and the army and have been developing dangerous secret projects on Ukrainian territory. This man denies it probably because he is German. The arrogance of the Western countries is unbelievable. How many years has Putin been repeating that he wouldn’t tolerate any NATO presence in his backyard. Has he installed any Russian military bases in Mexico or Canada? Putin and Russia are being ignored and snubbed continuously in all political summits, the western representatives don’t even listen to him when he speaks. They have been pushing Russia against the wall for decades. Now they started listening. Unfortunately they involved Ukraine in their machinations dangling unrealistic EU and NATO membership promises before Ukraine until they got them into a war. And as expected, now they will blame it all on the arch-villain Putin.

  2. Russia was founded on the territory of Ukraine in 882. Ukraine has never been an independent country until 1990. The blood ties between the two are much stronger than with the Baltic countries.The Black sea must be important to the Russians. There are important pipelines going through Ukraine. There is information about huge reserves of oil and natural gas discovered in Ukraine recently. And there are probably many many more reasons.

  3. I watched an interview with Putin saying that Russia would only launch a nuclear missile in response to an enemy nuclear missile fired against Russia, after they have confirmed its trajectory and where it would fall on Russian territory. But he said he wouldn’t hesitate if attacked.
