  1. This was years ago ( Pre-Y2K Solution ), but I remember H2B as being people like tech workers, coders and software engineers. SKILLED LABOR (We stopped letting as many in, so since they couldn't bring the workers HERE, they shifted the jobs THERE, overseas ) Anyway I doubt that they should be in the SAME category as semi-literate farm labor. Sounds Like A Bad Shuffle 🙄
