  1. She's willing to give up her seat on the Judiciary Committee, BUT Democrats can't fill it without approval of the full Senate and Republicans would block it just to be dicks. She must RESIGN. Even if an interim Senator held her seat and didn't seek reelection, it would be a HUGE improvement because the Senate could get things done.
