  1. Imagine how you'd feel if someone did this to your wife, girlfriend, daughter, mom---any woman you know, and even those you don't. His behavior is entirely UNACCEPTABLE. His family and employer must be notified. This is legal definition of assault----causing someone to be afraid of being harmed.

  3.  @totalwater9431  you equate harassing someone to "he said something I dislike." This isn't about anyone's political opinion, this is someone being a complete jerk and harassing a female member of Congress, and talking about her body. EVERYONE should "dislike" what he said and how he's acting.

  6. Bullshit. This is the legal definition of assault because he's causing someone to fear being harmed. There is more than one definition of assault, but that is one of them. He could also be charged with harassment, because it sounds like he's done this before.
