  1. Alex Jones is a certifiable nut job and I hope they bankrupt him with this trial. HOWEVER, I see plenty of comments from people who say he should be arrested. This is a civil trial, not criminal. The only way he would have to appear is if the court issued a subpoena requiring it.

  2. It's a civil case, not criminal. No, he's not required to be there. The only time someone would be required to attend a civil trial as if they received a summons issued by the court.
