I wouldn't blame a public defender, that's their job. Dershowitz CHOSE these clients. That's his choice, but guess what, everyone else has the choice of whether or not to hang out with him.

@johnmartin4641 So it's "obstruction of justice" to not invite someone to a party? 🤣🤣🤣 Obstruction of justice means you interfered with the legal proceedings of law enforcement or the courts---it does NOT mean you have to be friends with someone. Dershowitz had a choice in who he represents, that's his right. People can choose whether or not to be friends with him. That's THEIR choice.

@johnmartin4641 you have a constitutional right to legal representation in court. You do NOT have a legal right to be someone's friend, or to be invited to a cocktail party.

@johnmartin4641 People can choose to be befriend or unfriend someone for ANY reason they like. It's called freedom. Dershowitz made his choice, that's his right. His friends and neighbors can hang out with him or reject him if they want---that's THEIR choice, and they have every right to make it.
