  1. Schedule I is the same classification as heroin and signifies a drug as having no medical benefit whatsoever. The law basically says there isn't any proof of weed having a medical benefit, and you can't do any studies to prove otherwise because the law says it doesn't have any medical benefit. This is what happens when you don't vote in the mid-terms people, we wind up with a Congress like this.
