  1. A convention to amend the Constitution would have to be held under the rules spelled out in the Constitution itself. The Articles of Confederation weren't under the auspices of the Constitution----because the Constitution DIDN'T EXIST YET. Maybe you should avoid commenting on things you don't understand. Reality is too hard for you.
