  3.  @freeindeed8416  you'll have a much harder time staffing people when they have to isolate from exposure or when there's an outbreak among staff--even worse when they get sick and spread it to their families and community. The key to get this under control is vaccination, and vaccinations for several diseases are already required for these and many other occupations.

  5.  @freeindeed8416  more than 90 percent of those being hospitalized for Covid are unvaccinated. They're also far more likely to spread it to other people. For hospital staff, it's a pandemic of the unvaccinated----and the unvaccinated are filling up hospital beds that are needed for people with un-preventable issues like car accidents. People suffering from treatable maladies have died because they couldn't find a local hospital that could take them.
