  2. a lack of regulation was behind the crash of 29, the S&L crisis and the 08 financial meltdown-- and we can blame Larry Summers for that last one because he didn't learn the lesson of the first two. He also underestimated the impact of the crisis and undermined progressives who said Obama needed a much bigger stimulus as soon as he took office. Summers would be a disaster at the Fed and is also a raging sexist. Sign the dailykos petition against him--I can't post the link.
