  1. We didn't have "many" chances to get bin Laden during Clinton's term---that's a Republican myth. When Clinton did go after bin Laden, Republicans attacked him for it, accused him of "wagging the dog" and said some guy living in a tent wasn't a threat to us. Bush ignored a memo warning Bin laden was determined to attack inside the US and didn't even try to do anything about it.
