  1. As president, Trump signed a law that increased the penalties for mishandling classified information. In 2016 he said he would prosecute anyone for mishandling classified information and no one would be above the law in his administration. He ignored a subpoena for two months, so the FBI had no choice but to obtain a warrant---that was approved by a judge. Of course Trump is playing the victim. It's another mess of his own making yet he blames his problems on someone else.
