Red states have been leeching off the blue states for decades, receiving far more from the federal government than they pay in taxes---and whining about "big gummint" control like a bunch of spoiled teenagers. What if the next time a red state needs help, the Democrats tell them to "pull themselves up by their bootstraps" just like Republican politicians like to preach.
