  1. This "judge" is a hack known for questionable rulings. The "mandate" was only technically still part of the law, as Congress changed the penalty/tax to zero. The Supreme Court Ok'd the mandate and the penalty/tax. This judge claims a zero-dollar penalty is un-Constitutional (an absurd claim, based on the SC decision), then the judge claims the entire law needs to be gutted because of his flawed decision on one part of the law.
