  1. Tamir Rice: 14 year old shot within two seconds. The cops pulled up, got out of the car and shot him---no warning, no anything. Shot dead for playing with a toy gun. In other cases, are the cops allowed to execute people for minor crimes---or ANY crimes for that matter?  Multiple witnesses said Brown had his hands up. He was already shot at least once before the cop opened up on the guy. Zimmerman stalked Trayvon after being told by a dispatcher NOT to do so. The cops used an ILLEGAL choke hold on a guy selling cigarettes, ignored his pleas for air and piled on top of him---instead of trying to calm the guy down or give him a warning like "I'm going to arrest you, place your hands behind your back," instead they tackled and choked him to death.
