This guy probably thinks he's just sticking it to a business, but in reality the person serving him will probably have to cover the tab if he gets away with it. That's how most restaurants handle it. Even though it's illegal to make the staff pay, it's very common. Dine n dash means you're screwing a regular working person by sticking them with the bill. If you can't afford to pay the bill and leave a good tip, then stay home.
