  1. Marriage equality doesn't force churches or any other religious institution to allow them to wed. Churches usually have certain requirements that are up to them to decide, such as being of that particular faith. Some churches DO allow gay marriage. This is about businesses providing services to people and if they serve the general public they shouldn't be allowed to discriminate.

  2. If you "make" someone take pictures at your wedding----you're going to wind up with some crappy wedding pictures, that's just common sense. Apart from that, a business that serves the general public, such as a hotel or restaurant, has to serve everyone and should not be allowed to discriminate.
