Comments by "eatmorenachos" (@eatmorenachos) on "Bernie Sanders Reacts To Joe Manchin's "Entitlement Mentality" Comments" video.
Manchin earns nearly $500,000 per year from the coal industry. His runs a coal company that Manchin started. His daughter ran a drug company and raised the price of epi-pens by some 600 percent. Now THAT'S what I call "entitlement."

Sinema: sticks fingers in her ears and hums, while walking away to attend a fundraiser.

This country already has a "entitlement mentality." The corporations and the 1 percent feel entitled to take all the economic gains for themselves and leave nothing for the poor and middle-class. Hedge fund managers have a lower effective tax rate than those who work for a living. Meanwhile, Fox "news" is about to feed its viewers their latest "outrage" to distract them from economic policies that screw them over. Here comes Fker Carlson to tell people they really don't want to feed their kids or have healthcare and lower drug prices, cause that would be some of that nasty "socialism." Boo!

@zappafan1176 why don't you move to Somalia, it's a libertarian paradise! Venezuela isn't a "socialist," it's a failed, craft petro state. If you want a real example of "socialism," try looking at Scandinavian nations where the government takes care of people. They have longer lifespans, better healthcare and they always rank highest among nations where people are happiest.

@zappafan1176 Then it's not the job for the government to provide billions in corporate welfare, is it? That's the problem with so-called conservatives, they think it's great that the workers get screwed while corporations and the 1 percent get everything. Income disparity leads to the French Revolution, 1930s Germany, Russia in 1918 and many countries in South and Central America----the people get tired of being taken advantage of. Even if it doesn't come to that, income disparity is bad for economic growth of the nation. 70 percent of the economy is based on consumer demand, but consumers can't buy anything if they can barely make rent.

@1958PonyBoy Manchin is against fighting climate change and reducing drug prices---two industries where he and his kids are heavily invested. That's not "free enterprise," it's crony capitalism.

@Red1Green2Blue3 he's not helping "ordinary people," and that is NOT what is donors are paying him for. Biden wants to invest in healthcare, education and reducing child poverty. Anyone who stands against that has NO interest in "ordinary people." Manchin is doing the bidding of his corporate owners, while also looking out for his family's investments in coal and pharmaceuticals.

@Red1Green2Blue3 Everything I wrote is a fact---and you're ad hominem response proves nothing.

liam Millman tell that to the Swedes, Norwegians, Danes, etc. They would disagree with you.
