Oh, so now protecting intellectual property isn't a negative that stalls innovation anymore. Now, ownership of prior R&D work is important. I see.

@Piggly293 Yeah, but what does that have anything to do with tariffs? Others had been buying from China because potential competition can't deliver China's price. Now that China bump up the price, it's less of a challenge to deliver at that higher price. Which means, once unprofitable venture can now be profitable venture and would be easier to get investors help get things rolling.
