@skychaos87 What good governance had come out of democracy? You don't see Americans going to China crying for help to have their loved ones returned as they couldn't get any answers from their own government.

It's just a sales pitch that people ate it up. U.S. decided to eradicate nuclear weapons with Russia after cold war, and it's still going. Started with U.S. owning 60k and Russia 40k, it's now down to both having only 6k+. Directions Trump is taking U.S. is also going to stick after he is gone since Trump passed his bills through Congress and succeeding presidents would need to convince Congress, the same body convinced to passed those bills, to revoke or halt. Hence, presidential **legacy**, leadership which resulted in long term impact that changed history forever.
