  1. Only U.S. is 4X. European nations are at 6X, Japan is 10X. But yes, money that does not exist can’t magically exist, so home prices have to match local annual income. If we work 21~65, that’s 44 years of work income, home price higher than 10 years worth of income is way too high and unsustainable.
