@jkxss LOL.Yup. I recall asking an award-winning honey harvester or whatever we call them, "Why is this honey so expensive?" He said, "It's harder to collect." I waited for his story. "It also tastes different", he added. I waited for his full sales pitch. He said, "But honey is honey, they are all honey."
