  2. Other countries aren’t trying to wage “unrestricted warfare” against U.S. Did U.S. catch any Vietnamese, Taiwanese, South Korean researchers and tech veterans in industrial espionage? Nope. Did other countries ship opium into U.S.? Nope. Do other countries subsidize their exports or manipulate currencies? Nope.
