Yup. For one, CCP is above the law and it can change laws however it wanted, any time it wanted to. That, plus CCP doesn't honor agreements. It doesn't need to. Sue CCP in China? No due process, good luck.

@AbuSous2000PR That's because Obama's orders didn't go through U.S. Congress. Which is basically, Obama's promise, not U.S.'s. If Obama did it properly, Trump would have to go through Congress who passed it, to reverse it. Obama didn't because he knew Congress won't have passed them. Hence "mah legacy" meme.

@AbuSous2000PR Anything and everything that was passed through Congress, a succeding U.S. president, any president, would have to revert it through Congress. So go and ask why Congress revert something they passed. The president controls only executive branch, not legislative branch.

@AbuSous2000PR What's constitutional isn't determined by Obama. His involvement in Syria sure as hell was not constitutional. Go through proper channels of checks and balances or it doesn't count. U.S. isn't dictatorship.
