That is very funny. Someone else mentioned ""Staying neutral when a fire is raging is standing with the ones who lit it". but it seems like the party worked backwards -- they started with YES party and then tried to make 'YES' into an acronym. This is exactly how some US bills are done -- then want a catchy acronym and then workbackwards often creating a funny sounding bill name. One famous example is the "Patriot Act' that was officially "USA PATRIOT Act". They wanted that acronym to get support and from there, worked back words for the full name "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001".

@JoffesThoughts Great rebuttal. He's going to be seen as pro-Russian exactly for those reason,,,.he wouldn't send troops or weapons to help Russia. He was basically arguing for a neutral stance. It reminds me of a quote from a movie (Article 15 from India, great movie BTW): "Staying neutral when a fire is raging is standing with the ones who lit it".
