  2. It's too early to tell if it's because Russia exhausted it's forces or because of some division with Wagner. Either is good for Ukraine but I would think exhausting their forces would be the better of the two. UK or some other intelligence group recently said that Russia was running into problems with supplies and weapons in Bakhmut. Maybe Russia's forces did get exhausted in terms of supplies and manpower and thus unable to continue fighting. Wagner even said they were short on weapons.
