They're not aware it is bad whereas Americans know something is bad and they will use it to insult the countries." The same people insulting other countries are often the least educated in the US who also grew up in pockets of 'their tribe'. Those that are more educated and more informed and more experienced with other groups and cultures aren't generally the ones making insults of other people/countries. You have leaders like Modi who actually enact horrible policies to make Muslim minorities a second class and trying to evict millions of them. You have Xi who is actively trying to erase Uyhgur & Muslim culture and sending millions to camps. These leaders are very well informed and not i-g-orant. (spelled that word weird so YT doesn't do anything).

" Americans have most access to internet." And so do Chinese? And so do Russians? You think in China it's only the small % who don't have access to the internet that have hateful views of others? Having access to the internet doesn't mean that people are using it to get educated and improve their views.
