@marcelcjr9313 outright denial is exactly defending it. Wow, how do you not get it? I don’t see denial or approval of European colonialism from any mass numbers. Point me to a video where the comments are like that
1
@marcelcjr9313 so for china I see lots and lots of denial and I see decent amount of approval. For European colonialism I see no denial and free approval of it. this isn’t even close comparison
1
@marcelcjr9313 I already did! Uptin “China in South America” or many of the Polymatter videos on China or Johnny Harris previous video on China.
1
@marcelcjr9313 I literally got into it with dozens and dozens of them
1
@marcelcjr9313 I’m beginning to think you a gên cide supporter. oh, they would get lots of likes for claiming I’m wrong that there is gén cide or conc camps.
1
@marcelcjr9313 and no way did you see the comments in the 4 minutes between when I posted and when you replied.
1
@marcelcjr9313 nah bro, the fact you simply only responded “yes” to my question about the gen cide in Xinjiang suggest you don’t really care about Uyghurs. That fact guy don’t think there are lots of people defending Chinas treatment of Uyghurs when there are over a billion Chinese who almost always in support of their government while you claim lots of people support then European colonialism whiteout proving even videos where you see it suggest you aren’t trying to have an honest discussion.

@dnickaroo3574 Slobodan, calm down

@punchfreneticallydot the world is better for containment of communism. That’s said, doesn’t mean every single thing done to contain communism was good. In this case, Indonesia is better off not becoming communist
1
@Potjandorie It’s like saying Germans of the N/zi era 1930’s but “hey, we don’t consider all the things that happened to those religious minorities nor consider the whole war thing”. The are very tied to each other. Colonalism does not exist with slavery, forced labor, and 0ppresi0n of people

@blijebij And even if not every single person who voted 'proud' really thought about the question, the most telling piece of information is the discrepancy between the numbers from the Dutch and those of other European countries that had colonial empires. youguv has a poll and may not be the same as the video but gives you a general idea. Asked "would you like Netherlands (insert their country) to still have an Empire". 26% said yes and 45% said no. So in that poll, less than half would outright say no and 26% would right say yes.
1
@ninjacat8659 Except the Italia, Greeks, Mongols, Byzantines are so far removed from today and have little impact in any problems today. Youguv has a poll where they asked people "Would you like Netherlands (insert their country name) to still have an Empire". 26% of the Dutch outright said YES and only under 50% (45%) would outright say NO. Italy was 14% yes and 71% outright NO. Germany (only 1871-1918 empire) was 9% yes and 66% outright NO. Japan was 7% yes and 70% outright no. Netherlands had the lowest that outright said no. UK, by 1%, had highest that outright said yes with 50% outright no. Spain & France had 62% & 59% that outright said NO.

@dnickaroo3574 lol, you’re criticizing EU and US many firms elsewhere. You want a highly pro Serbia bias video m
1
@dnickaroo3574 oh yeah. You seem so unbiased on this topic. calm down slobodan
1
@sasi5841 Yeah, I was hoping there would be comment sections in nebula. It also would have better comments and debates than YT where it's often dominated by groups with an agenda. Make a video about China and 10-20% of the comments will be the type that appeared to be getting money to post to support China. same with Russia, India, etc. And make a video about Trump, same thing.

@barrankobama4840 "And the US had no role on the popularity of Neapolitan cuisine to the rest of Italy. It was internal migration and tourism, which predates emigration to the US." Except Neapolitan pizza is not the majority of pizza served in most of Italy. I am arguing Neoplotian pizza is indeed traditional pizza but the other pizzas are not.
