You tell me that you're gay I'm not homophobic But that's none of my business And you're proud about it But that's your problem You want me to respect you Well I do You say God is forgiving Yes I agree But isn't sin a sin And not something to celebrate Or be proud about? Now you're taking liberties And you want me to agree That's it's 'Okay' to sin And 'natural' to be gay You rebel against the Lord By being proud And I should say it's okay? Wasn't my silence enough Now you want to take 'my' civil rights And freedom of belief and speech away And indoctrinate 'my' child! If I am able to respect you And mind my own business Though I strongly disagree with you Why can't you have the courtesy To at least mind your own?
