Allah did not ordain for you to cover      To hide you But to protect you So that you may not be toyed Nor your heart be broken Beloved Muslimah Allah did not tell you to travel with chaperone To restrict you But to keep you safe from harm Beloved Muslimah Allah did not ordain the Men, to earn and provide To deprive you But to free you from that burden for a greater cause Beloved Muslimah Allah has prefered for you, the domestic duties As you hold such special qualities That make a house into a Home Sweet and secure, with love and joy Beloved Muslimah Allah has not allowed polygamy to favour the Men But so that none amongst you Should be forced to sin Out of loneliness or frustration Beloved Muslimah Allah has prescribed for you, to learn the Deen So that you may nurture Humanity, within his guidance Beloved Muslimah Allah has not made the Male, guardian over you So that you should be subservient to them But to create a balance and harmony in the world For two competing rulers Break and divide the Nation Beloved Muslimah Indeed someone once had truly said "The One who rocks the cradle, is the One who rules the world" And Rasoollullah ﷺ  had said, that Paradise lies under the feet of the mother Beloved Muslimah Surely Allah and the Prophetﷺ loves you

When muslims mention patriarchy To non muslims in the west A sharp tremor runs down their spine Because they refer to their form of patriarchy Of Victorian, drunken, narcissistic wife beaters Who usurped the wealth And integrated the identity of their wives Into their own Totally opposite of patriarchy in Islam Of chivalry and responsibility In protecting, providing and taking care of The women, children, the weak and the oppressed So whenever you get a chance Educate them!

My dear child Your Lord did not create amongst you Male and female Beautifully different Physically and mentally To rage war amongst yourselves Or to vie with each other He created you such That you may live in harmony Supporting each other Through balanced roles Prescribed by Allah So do not be confused By the turmoil around you All over the World It is not backwards or suppressive To respect and serve each other Learn about the values That Islam has already presented you And stick to them ❤
