  1. She needs things to do. Get a cat tree that is floor to ceiling. Then hid things in the tree, cotton ball, bottle caps, catnip. And/or have a stick with a toy (feather/toy mouse) hanging from it about 3 feet off the floor for her to jump for. Has to be flexible enough to be able to bend as while she has it on the floor without falling or breaking. If she lets go of it, it springs back up and she has to jump for it again. Hope that helps.
