  13. None of the background checks would have caught this guy. As an adult, he had a clean slat. There is nothing to hold him accountable for. The government has to prove why he can’t have a gun because as a citizen he is allowed to have them. The best you can hope for is a mental health screen before allowed to have one. However the screen can only say same or not sane. Anything else is an invasion of privacy. You don’t want clerks who you don’t know or have any medical knowledge access to your medical records. They would be allowed free reign through them. So the form a doctor signs cannot say anything other than sane or not sane. Anything else is subject to invasion of privacy.

  14. It’s not illegal cause you do it to yourself. You go in public and take off clothes to get a tan. How do you not expect photos to be taken if you? In this day and age it is well known that while out in public, there is no reasonable expectation of privacy. You don’t want it? Set up a privacy fence. A cloth strip that you can put into a square around you. You can lay down in the middle. Get all the sun you want. Now if the guys followed them or touched (tried to touch) them, that would be a different story.

  17. Well, Since it was done by the artist and he admits to doing just that and, it wasn’t completely shredded, still in its original frame, it will still hold value. That’s how art works. If someone found a painting by Picasso shredded, and it still had all the prices, someone will buy it, mend it and sell it for more then they spent. The new buyer will still think it has value just because it’s a Picasso.

  20. I remember a Story like this a few years back. Same thing, it was in another country though. The so called experts did that it’s not uncommon for someone to die, then start breathing again, on its own. Sadly the patient dies again several hours later. In some cases a week later. They never regain consciousness though.

  26. Trauma can take awhile to get out. Don’t get me wrong I too am suspicious of her accusations. However 2017 was not so long ago. On the other hand, like his latest girlfriend she should have done something about it when it happened. His last girlfriend kept going back and being abused. Not sure about this one ever went back after this attack.

  27. They never left their car. They were turning around. He had no reason to fire at them. Just like the old man had no excuse to shoot someone just because he knocked on his door. No other threat. No yelling or threats of violence. No weapon brandished. They have no case to say they were standing their ground, protecting themselves.

Anyone who uses your likeness for any reason without your permission or a photo that was never intended for such purposes is breaking the law. Copy right infringement, harassment or ruining your brand (you). Is against the law. Maybe even anti trust laws because that number makes you a company.

The police have a little girl who could have been reunited with her Mom if only she would have come forward. The rest of the family knows she is missing and still no missing child report. The women was in the US illegally or dumped her child for some reason. Then told family members to not look for her either. We need the follow up to this to hear the Mother’s side of the story. Right now, that Mom dumped her child.

  39. He can’t let her go. He is upset that she is fine after the divorce. Someone else wanted to love and marry her. His behavior is very typical of a stalker. He makes it seem as if she wants him around. Nothing bad happened, she is making it all up. He’s a nice guy. See how he can stand in court and let her say all these things, he is still calm. He is not the problem, she is. The firing of the lawyer also always for a mistrial. While another court date is set, he can walk free. The more he does this the more time he gets to spend out of jail. The more time out of jail, the more time he has to change her mind, get close to her, get her alone and kill her. No body, no crime.

  43. It went to court right after a spring break. One girl tried to sue saying she was too drunk to know what she was signing. She didn’t know what girls gone wild was till she got back home or to school. She didn’t sue to get removed from the video though. She sued for part of the money he made off the video. The judge said no, she was just one of dozens of females in the video and it would be hard to determine how much he made off of just her being in the video. Her being drunk was too bad. Next time she should know not to get drunk and sign any contract. Thus upholding the contract she signed. This also allowed him to keep doing it and the females couldn’t sue later on to even be removed from the videos. He didn’t sexually assaulted them, he just filmed them in public places being young and dumb. The dumb part being drunk and signing away their rights to him.
