  1. The first woman looks young enough to be able to get another egg or two from her. She can get them fertilized and have another child. There was not a 100% chance that the ones in storage would have adhered to her womb anyway. Sue to recoup costs for the money you have to spend to try a again but that’s it. The invetro would have been a separate cost anyway and should not have to be paid by the clinic. The harvesting, fertilizing and storage of two more eggs - yes, that should be on the clinic but nothing more.
