  1. I know this video was 5 years ago. I had a coworker come in late one day all mad and happy at the same time. Weird, I know. She said she was late because she got a speeding ticket. She was happy cause she thought she could beat it. You see the cop was on the side of the road with his headlights off making her think he was off duty and so he had no right to give her a ticket. After I finished laughing I told her it doesn’t work that way.
