  1. There should be 2 sets of doors people have to walk through. That way the employees can lock the thief in between the exit and the store. You may not get everyone but you have 1 person. This person may tell the police about the other (s) involved in return for a lighter sentence. If not, then that one person gets all the punishment on them. The walk area between the outside and the store, is a great place to catch them and keep the employee (s) safe.
