  1. I use to work at an emissions testing sight. One night a guy did just that. Just brought in the converter. He was not happy it had to be tested. It took him hours to get it off without damaging it. The look on his face when I told him that it has to be on the vehicle for us to test, priceless.

  2. What I noticed is these guys were in a collecting junk truck. The police need to stop these vehicle’s or those with lawn service where it would be east to hide one inside all the grass and leaves.
