  1. A bit miss leading. This should mean he gets a new trial. The DA may have determined its now not a strong case to retry but, a judge would have ordered him free till the new trial. I say this cause with out that info people think he should sue the state but there was. I mention of that which tells me he's just out till a new trial and if found not guilty then he may have a case but not until.
