  1. She was already in flight. She was a confirmed passenger at the start. When she made her connection for the next part of her trip she lost her seat. The question is why? And How? United says she used an app the canceled her connecting flight. Passenger says no and can prove it. United is embarrasses. Has anyone interviewed the gate agent? Who upgraded the Congress woman and what were the circumstances? The report says that others on the flight told the passenger that the Congress woman used her position to bump the passenger and does it a lot. I guess so much so that the gate agents don’t argue with her. This to me should be investigated. Is the Congress woman using her position to intimidate people into giving her things like this upgrade? It has nothing to do with ski. Color or sex like the Congress woman is trying to say. It seems to me that she is trying to steer people away that she abuses her power/position.
