  1. I was thinking the same thing. He probably already tried stealing from a store and was let go with a warning it a ticket. He wanted a roof over his head and meals. He is only out on bond cause they don’t want people in jail with covid so rampant. Probably release on his own recognizance since he is no threat for fleeing, no money. However, he may up his game and stab someone for the roof and meals.
