Love the charges. I don’t see how any of them will stick. He has the video to prove it. He wasn’t disorderly, he wasn’t trespassing. The Governor called a press conference, he was Allowed in as a member of the press. You have to show your credentials in stuff like that. Better yet, if the police never asked, then how would they know he was not a member of the press? What a constitutional nightmare for that police department.
