  1. Why don’t they just build small plastic dimes over the tables? That way their particular stay inside that plastic dome that gets wiped down after every service. Or mini cubicals , everyone gets a private dinning room. That would keep them safe from out of control drivers outside. Keep the other dinners safe cause the barrier is solid. Plywood could be the cubical wall covered in wallpaper that can be wiped down. You can limit the amount of people in a party.
