I’m sorry for her but, how is that the cruise lines fault? You might as well sue the ones who boarded sick or their estate, sue the doctor for malpractice (yet, he/she) was busy with other patients and could not take on any more. How about suing the city for not allowing medical personnel on to examine him? Then again maybe they were so busy dealing with panicked passengers who thought they were going to die and so made several phone calls too, to get attention, to make sure they were seen first, they wanted off that ship and were tying up the process. I don’t see that as the cruise lines fault. I’m sorry for her loss. I truly am. But it wasn’t their fault. It’s like saying I went to the store and came into contact with a sick person and got sick. The store is to blame. If they had not provided food for This sick person I would not have gotten sick.
